Shipping, Local delivery and Local Pick-up policy

Order Processing Times

Order processing times are applicable regardless of shipping, delivery or pickup option selected.

On-hand, available products

All orders are processed within 2 business days to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Custom Orders, Orders requiring with alterations

Custom and unique orders will be processed based on complexity, usually requiring 5 business days to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates – Within Canada

We offer $10 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders under $300, or free domestic shipping for all orders greater or equal to $300.

 

International - United States

We offer $30 flat rate shipping for all U.S. bound orders under $300, or free shipping for all U.S. bound orders greater or equal to $300.


International Shipping – All other countries

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Local Delivery Policy

Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 within 10km. For orders under $300, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

Local Pickup Policy

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 41 Colborne Street, Toronto, ON M5E 1E3. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up based on Order Processing times outlined above. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mimiela Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mimiela.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
